Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is due at registration. Camp balances are due 30 days before camp.
Overnight Camp Cancellation fees: $50 (if more than 30 days notice from the first day of camp ), 100% of total camp cost (if less than 30 days notice).
Day Camp Cancellation Fees: $25 (more than 30 days from the first day of camp), 100% of total camp cost (less than 30 days).
Transfer fee $25 (to change camp dates).

Grades 8th–12th Summer Teen Weekend June 13–15, 2025

Calling all Teens! Kick off summer with a weekend away! Incoming grades 8th–12th are welcome to join the camp fun—all-inclusive activities, games, and crazy camp fun! Drop-off is Friday at 5:00 pm, and pick-up is Sunday at 9:00 am. **Military Families: this camp is offered at a reduced cost of $60 for dependents of military (active, reserve, retired, Gold Star).

Grades 6th–8th Middle School Camp July 28 – July 31, 2025

Incoming 6th, 7th and 8th graders are invited to four nights of Miracle Ranch overnight camp! Fireside teaching talks highlight God's plan for your camper and small group time will emphasize how to grow in your relationship with God. Activities include archery, paintball, rock wall, waterfront activities and good ol' western fun. Add-on extras include limited spots for horsemanship activities and additional paintball sessions. Check-in Monday at 5:00 pm and check-out Thursday at 6:00 pm. *Note: since schools categorize 6th graders in different ways, incoming 6th graders are invited to attend the Junior AND/OR the Middle School camp. (We proudly offer scholarship programs for low-income families to support access to all our camps!)
