The full Summer Staff session is June 1st through August 31st and partial sessions are possible, based on availability. Staff training is scheduled to take place from June 1st to June 13th, providing summer staff with the skills, knowledge, and preparation needed for the camp season ahead.

Are you looking for a summer job that’s more than just a paycheck? Join our Summer staff and make a positive impact in the lives of kids by working at Miracle Ranch while learning leadership skills, team building, and problem-solving. Campers and guests will remember the time they spent at CRISTA Camps for years to come because of you!
Serve the K–7th grade day campers by leading them throughout their day of outdoor camp fun. Pour into our youngest campers during a full week of day camp and get to know the returning campers each week.
There are multiple overnight camps counseled by Miracle Ranch staff throughout the summer. Share the love of Jesus by creating fun, and connecting with campers as a cabin leader.
*Extra counselors hired July 26 – August 7 for the MS and JR Overnight Camps. Refer a friend!
Share your love of horses with campers! Teach basic safety, lead trail rides and horsemanship classes, care for horses, and upkeep of the barn areas.
Greet groups and help coordinate their time at Camp! This is a customer service and administrative position.
Miracle Ranch operates a gift shop, snack shop, and coffee shop. Do you love the retail side of things? Training provided!
Coordinate with the Marketing Team at CRISTA to create content, and capture photos for camps. This role will also flex to other duties, as needed.
Serve in the Kitchen or as a Dining Hall host. Provide a fun and hospitable environment while learning culinary and food service skills.
The cabins and facilities are critical to an amazing camp experience. Join the team and serve behind the scenes.
Love to serve and mentor while doing activities? Join the activity team—paintball, ropes, archery, dirt bike, and lifeguard training provided!
