Are you looking for a summer job that’s more than just a paycheck? Join our Summer staff and make a positive impact in the lives of kids by working at Miracle Ranch while learning leadership skills, team building, and problem-solving. Campers and guests will remember the time they spent at CRISTA Camps for years to come because of you!  

Counselors

Counselors are the heart and soul of our camps. They take every opportunity to connect with and serve campers, eating meals together, leading activities and games, and facilitating cabin devotions and one-on-one times.

Head Wrangler

The Head Wrangler assists the Horsemanship Director in leading the wrangling staff. This position includes scheduling and leading all wrangler duties including trail rides, classes, chores, and the rodeo. Strong leadership and horsemanship experience are a must. 

Hospitality Director

The Hospitality Director oversees the Guest Services Staff. This person is responsible for overseeing the guest experience and overall customer satisfaction at Miracle Ranch, the cleanliness of all facilities (including meeting spaces, bathrooms, and cabins), and interactions between hosts and guest groups.

Events Coordinator

The Events Coordinator organizes, supervises, and runs games, skits, meal-time activities, fireside sessions, and other program-related activities (including Counselor Entertainment Night, Carnivals, and Midnight Buffet). This individual needs a lot of energy and great organizational skills.

High School Program Coordinator

The High School Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing Bible studies, daily activities, and the schedules of high school leaders and students. They must have leadership and organizational skills and a desire to invest their summer in teens.

Day Camp Director

The Day Camp Program Director oversees the Day Camp Program staff. They develop, supervise, coordinate, and lead the Noah's Landing program at Miracle Ranch, serving 65-70 day campers every week.

Rec Staff

As a member of the Rec Staff, you'll facilitate engaging games and activities that promote teamwork and fun among campers. You'll create a positive atmosphere that encourages participation and builds lasting friendships.

Paintball Leader

The Paintball Leader will oversee exciting paintball activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. You'll provide instruction, organize games, and foster a spirit of camaraderie among campers.

Activities Coordinator

As the Activities Coordinator, you will plan and organize a variety of camp programs and events that keep campers entertained and engaged. You'll work closely with staff to ensure a smooth operation and a memorable experience for everyone.

Waterfront Coordinator

The Waterfront Coordinator will manage all aquatic activities, ensuring safety and fun at our lake waterfront. You'll supervise lifeguard staff, conduct safety training, and maintain an amazing waterfront environment for campers.

Men's Dean

As the Men's Dean, you'll provide leadership and support to male campers and staff, fostering a positive and inclusive environment. You'll oversee cabin activities and ensure the well-being and development of all male campers.

Women's Dean

The Women's Dean will lead and support female campers and staff, creating a nurturing atmosphere that encourages growth and connection. You'll manage cabin activities and ensure a safe and empowering experience for all female campers.

Camp Nurse Assistant

As a Camp Nurse Assistant, you'll support the camp nurse in providing medical care and health education to campers and staff. You'll assist with first aid, medication management, and maintaining a healthy camp environment. Free lodging and meals are provided.

Lifeguard

The Lifeguard will ensure the safety of all campers during waterfront activities by monitoring the area and enforcing safety rules. You'll provide supervision, respond to emergencies, and promote a fun and safe aquatic experience. Training will be provided if needed.
