This Summer, at Miracle Ranch, a young man whose father died in military combat came to camp and experienced Jesus for the first time. He professed Jesus as Lord and wanted to be baptized by the end of the week. In a matter of days, his life, which had been shaken by tragedy, was eternally changed because of his decision to trust in Jesus personally.
Like this young man, the transformation begins in the heart of many campers. As they hear the Gospel presented in a relatable and engaging way, they start to see their lives through the lens of God's love and grace. This new perspective often leads to significant changes in how they view themselves and the world around them. Many campers come from broken homes where they spend much time alone, waiting on their parents or siblings to get home from work and school. A week at Miracle Ranch allows them to connect with their peers and share stories of overcoming personal struggles, such as anxiety, fear, or a lack of purpose, through the truths they've learned at Miracle Ranch.
The world is rapidly changing and becoming increasingly more hostile towards Christians. Even just attending a Christian camp these days can be considered taboo.
