Friday Dinner

Penne Pasta: Soft penne pasta with a delicious marinara sauce and meatballs. Served with freshly tossed Caesar salad and our own crusty French or garlic bread. Warm triple chocolate brownie for dessert. 

Saturday Breakfast

Flap Jacks: Our delicious pancakes are served with real butter, warm maple syrup, oven-baked sausage links, and sliced peaches. An old-fashioned oatmeal bar is also provided. Served with milk, coffee, and tea. 

Saturday Lunch

Chicken Fajitas: Chicken grilled with fresh bell peppers, onions, and a hint of lime. Served with freshly diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sliced black olives, guacamole, sour cream, and shredded cheese. Warm flour tortillas, corn tacos, and tri-colored chips with salsa accompany this meal, and a warm churro tops it off for dessert. 

Saturday Dinner

Pork Tenderloin: Served with white rice, seasoned steamed vegetables, cornbread, butter, and honey. Our homemade lemon bars complete this hearty meal. 

Sunday Breakfast

Scrambled Eggs: Fluffy scrambled eggs, seasoned hash browns, bacon, butter flake biscuits with peppered gravy, raspberry jam, and fresh fruit. Served with orange juice, coffee, and tea.
